If you are not entirely satisfied with your Booking, we’re here to help.

  • To make a Cancellation or request for a Refund please send an email to info@amenityparadise.co.tz
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due.
  • No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or non-utilized confirmed room nights.
  • Changes or transferability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.
  • Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings. Please contact us for more information.
